We will pay you a rebate equal to 25% of our commission (minimum rebate of $100.00) when you rent a broker-listed apartment or single-family
home and use Closing Cash Realty as your leasing agent. You can use your cash rebate to defray moving costs, throw a housewarming party or anything that you choose.
We provide our leasing clients with this rebate because we know that you're going to perform most of your
search on the Internet anyway, so why shouldn't you share in the commission?
Here's how the program works:
- Sign a no-cost, non-exclusive Leasing Agency Agreement with Closing Cash Realty
- We'll provide you with a daily email containing the latest residential rental listings in the MLS based upon your criteria (monthly rent, number of bedrooms, etc.)
- You select the properties that you would like to see and we'll schedule the showings for you
- We will accompany you on up to five (5) showings
- Once you sign a lease and we're paid our commission, we'll pay you your rebate within seven (7) business days

The rebate that you will receive depends upon the monthly rent of the property that you lease in accordance with the table below. Currently, we are not providing rebates to our leasing clients for properties with monthly rental rates under $1,000.
